The audit includes technical checks (where relevant), content & messaging review, and a gap analysis against the project goals.
Deliverables typically include a positioning document or audit summary, a messaging matrix, a list of priority fixes (stabilization sprint items), recommended visual system adjustments, and a blueprint/roadmap that sets out responsibilities, SLAs and the early milestone plan (30–60 days). For Foundational Branding the audit informs name/name decisions and the hero website templates. For Refresh & PR it defines the trust repairs, outreach priorities and creative refresh scope.
