Terms of Service (ToS) — Updated on 10/07/2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement,” or “T&C”) govern your use of the SpingTree.com website, products, and services (“Services”). By using, purchasing, or subscribing to any service offered by SpingTree (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The latest version of our Terms is always available on SpingTree.com. You are required to review these Terms before placing an order or renewing a subscription.
By subscribing to any development, automation, infrastructure, SEO, branding, or related digital/technical service, you acknowledge and accept full compliance with these Terms. All clients must ensure that any third-party tools, plugins, licensable assets, or software used with our services are legal and properly licensed.
SpingTree reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any service if an account is found misusing resources, violating policies, breaching security, or engaging in unlawful activities.
1.1 Demo Products for eCommerce
For eCommerce or online store setups, we include 5–8 demo products with basic categories and attributes. Additional product uploads must be done by the client. Advanced features such as social login, multi-vendor setup, live chat, or advanced analytics are not included unless explicitly purchased.
1.2 Template-Based Designs
When using predefined templates, customization is limited to what the template supports. Full redesigns, layout changes, UI/UX restructuring, or deep customization will incur additional charges.
1.3 Third-Party Platform Restrictions
SpingTree is not responsible for account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party services such as Google, Meta, or payment processors. Clients must follow third-party policies.
1.4 Additional Work After Final Quotation
Any new requests made after quotation approval will be treated as add-ons and billed separately.
1.5 Post-Start Changes
Any additional features requested after development has started will be charged based on complexity and time required.
1.6 No Refund Policy
All payments made to SpingTree are final and non-refundable under all circumstances. Additional pages beyond your package will be billed at ₹800+ per page depending on complexity.
1.7 Abandonment Due to Inactivity
If a client becomes unresponsive for 5 consecutive days after project completion, the project will be marked as abandoned. Further revisions will apply only to the last discussed version and may incur extra charges.
1.8 Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are based on business days (Mon–Fri) excluding national or festival holidays. Delays caused by missing client inputs (content, access, logos, etc.) are not counted in delivery windows.
1.9 Admin Panel Access
Admin panel credentials are shared after full payment is received. A brief onboarding session may be arranged for guidance.
1.10 cPanel Access
If cPanel access is required and not included in your plan, additional charges apply.
1.11 Website Migration
Migration to external hosting providers is not included. Migration fees range from ₹1500 to ₹5000+ depending on the project.
1.12 Backup & Restoration
We maintain a backup as of final delivery day. Restoration to earlier states requires an active backup plan or user-provided files.
1.13 Copyright Notice
Removing “Designed by SpingTree.com” without purchasing copyright removal rights will incur a minimum fee of ₹5000. Unauthorized removal may result in suspension or legal action.
1.14 Copyright Liability
Clients are responsible for ensuring they own rights or licenses for all materials (images, videos, text) used on their website/app.
1.15 Required Inputs
If a client pays for a service but does not provide required inputs and later expects delivery without collaboration, the project may be marked abandoned.
1.16 Security Limitations
While we implement strong security practices, no system is fully immune. In case of malware or hacking, we will restore the last stable version.
1.17 Quotation Validity
All quotations remain valid for 7 days. After expiry, pricing and timelines may change.
1.18 Acceptance of Terms
By making any payment to SpingTree, you acknowledge full acceptance of these Terms. This agreement becomes legally binding once a transaction is completed.
