Cancellations & Refunds

Updated on 10/07/2025. We want every customer to be happy with our work — but we also run an operations-heavy business where time and resources are invested up-front. This policy explains when cancellations are possible and how refunds are handled.

How refunds are calculated

If a cancellation is eligible for a refund, the refunded amount will be processed after deducting:

  • 2% — payment gateway charges
  • 18% — IGST (where applicable)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

How to request a cancellation

To cancel a service, please open a support ticket or contact our billing team. A cancellation is only considered final once our billing team confirms it in writing.

General timeframes and rules

  • Request cancellations within 12 hours of placing an order and before any work begins for the highest refund eligibility.
  • If work has started (design, development, server provisioning, campaign setup, etc.), refunds are generally not available because resources have already been allocated.
  • For recurring monthly subscriptions, canceling prevents future billing; refunds for time already consumed are handled case-by-case and according to the service’s specific terms below.

Service-specific summaries

Website design & development

  • Full refund available only if the project has not yet started and the initial design concept has not been approved.
  • If development work or deployments have begun, refunds will not be issued due to the time and resources already invested.

Graphic, logo & brochure design

  • Refunds are available when the project has not started or the initial design direction remains unapproved.
  • Once our designer begins work or final assets are delivered, refunds are not provided.

SEO services

  • Full refund only while the project has not been started by our SEO or content teams.
  • SEO is a medium-to-long term service (typically 6–12 months). We implement best practices but cannot guarantee specific rankings — refund claims based on rankings or traffic are not accepted.

Mobile app development (Android / iOS)

  • Cancellations within 12 hours and before development starts may be eligible for a refund (gateway + IGST deductions apply).
  • After development begins or milestones are delivered, refunds are not available.

Digital marketing & ad campaigns

  • Refunds permitted only if canceled within 12 hours and before campaign work has started.
  • Once creative, research, or campaign setup work begins, refunds are not provided because those resources are expended immediately.

Maintenance, hosting & server services

  • Refunds are possible if cancellation occurs within 12 hours and no maintenance or provisioning activity has started.
  • Once monitoring, optimizations, or fixes are underway, refunds are not issued.

Exceptions & third-party limitations

Some things are outside our control:

  • We cannot refund for downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting providers or infrastructure we do not control.
  • No refunds are issued for sites suspended for legitimate copyright or abuse/phishing complaints.
  • If you request migration of code or content to another host, that action does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Dispute resolution & support

If you are unhappy with any part of our work, please contact your project manager or raise a support ticket immediately. We prefer to resolve issues through fixes, clarifications, or additional work where reasonable. If a refund is approved, our billing team will confirm timing and method.
