Background & Problem Statement
In 2018, while providing development and hosting services to clients, Spingtree identified a major bottleneck: external hosting providers were unreliable and caused delays, poor uptime, lost data, and client dissatisfaction.
Key problems being faced:
- Unreliable servers and frequent outages
- Poor backup and disaster recovery from hosting providers
- Shared/reseller hosting could not scale with clients
